MINERGIE renovation – Label bonus
Bonus for complete renovation earning the MINERGIE® or MINERGIE®-P label. Cumulative with the Buildings Programme and standard cantonal subsidies.
Overview
The MINERGIE label recognizes buildings that combine comfort, energy efficiency and climate protection. In renovation (measures M-12, M-15, M-16 depending on canton), the certification unlocks dedicated bonuses on top of standard aids.
MINERGIE renovation requirements: systematic use of renewables, exploitation of solar potential, high envelope performance. The label requires certification by a MINERGIE body.
Benefits: variable cantonal financial bonus, higher property value, optimal thermal comfort, sometimes higher floor-area ratio. Application before works start.

Qu'est-ce que le Programme Bâtiments ?
Le Programme Bâtiments est le principal programme de subventions en Suisse, financé conjointement par la Confédération (taxe CO2) et les cantons. Il couvre l'isolation, le remplacement de chauffage, la ventilation et la rénovation globale. Chaque canton définit ses propres montants et conditions via ce programme harmonisé.
Quelle différence entre aide fédérale et cantonale ?
